A substance that within the EU is forbidden to use in cosmetic products due to the risk of negatively affecting fertility and damaging the testicles...
...I think it's fair to say that "Becks" probably doesn't use his own products.

Well that is why Greenpeace is testing it. The contents are forbidden to be used in such products, but those regulations aren't always followed it seems. There has also been a debate wether or not it contains enough of the dangerous substance to actually cause damage.
