Al Baal playing...

...Into White (1970), by one of the last centuries best singer/songwriters, Cat Stevens, today known as Yusuf Islam after his conversion to Islam in the 70's. The half swedish, half greek singer has yet again taken up his guitar and produced a new album, An other cup which sounds just like he used to back in the day. Read more on his amazingly beautiful and cool official website. His other website featuring more religious content can be found here. Yusuf is back, and this time he has brought Cat with him.

He may have a new album...but is he allowed in the US yet?

To be honest, I don't know. Then again, the US wont let author and professor Tariq Ramadan of a Swiss university enter the US either. A man whom is guest professor at Cambridge and part of Tony Blairs "advisory group" on affairs concerning Muslims and terrorism.

I guess being on a US no no list could be taken as quite a compliment.

SS, I fully agree with "I guess being on a US no no list could be taken as quite a compliment." :-)

I think he was rejected last time he tried to go to the US.
In a sense, i'm glad for him - the US is becoming less and less welcoming and I wouldnt want anyone to be treated like he is...

Dude! The 'into white' song is not on the song listing of his new album!
